Refund Policy

All products sold by Eatt Freely are digital products (PDF downloads). No physical items are shipped, so there is nothing to return.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply email us within 30 days of your order date and we will refund you in full.

To request a refund, email support@eattfreely.com with:
- The email address you used at checkout
- Your order number (it is in your confirmation email)

You do not need to fill in any form and we will not ask you why. We reply to every message personally.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the money to appear on your statement.

Because our products are digital, you may keep any files you have already downloaded.

Problems with your download

If your download link does not work, or you did not receive your files after payment, please contact us at support@eattfreely.com and we will send your cookbooks manually, usually within 24 hours.

European Union customers

Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is waived once the download begins, which you accept at checkout. Our own 30-day guarantee above is offered voluntarily and is more generous than the legal minimum, so you are always covered by it.
