Delivery Policy

All products sold by Eatt Freely are digital products. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no shipping costs and no delivery delays.

How you receive your cookbooks

As soon as your payment is confirmed:

1. A download link appears on the order confirmation page in your browser
2. A confirmation email with your download links is sent to the email address you entered at checkout
3. Your files remain available in your Eatt Freely account under "Digital downloads"

Delivery is immediate. In rare cases the email can take a few minutes.

Your files

- Format: PDF
- Works on phone, tablet, computer and e-reader
- Lifetime access, including any future updates to the books
- No app or subscription required

Did not receive your files?

First, please check your spam, promotions and junk folders, and search your inbox for "Eatt Freely".

If you still cannot find your cookbooks, email support@eattfreely.com with the email address you used at checkout. We will send your files manually, usually within 24 hours.

Wrong email at checkout?

No problem. Email us at support@eattfreely.com from the correct address and tell us which address you originally used, and we will resend everything.
